Tests Carried out are as follows,
1) External Inspection, once in every period of six months
2) Internal Examination, once in every period of twelve months
3) Hydraulic test, once in a period of four years if internal is possible or once in every period of two years if internal is not possible. Hydraulic Test is carried out as per Design Pressure for assuring integrity of pressure vessel.
4) Ultrasonic Thickness, once in every period of twelve months

Certificates are issued by Competent Person in Form No.13
Following equipment are covered under this category,

Pressure Pipelines of transferring hydrocarbon /petrochemical/gases under pressure are Inspected, Tested and Certified as per OISD 130 Standard
Hydraulic Hoses for Petroleum products are Inspected, Tested & Certified as per OISD 135 Standard
Safety Valves / Pressure Relieving Devices Inspected, Tested & Certified as per OISD 132
Check Lists are prepared for all the equipment as per its requirements referring the relevant standards and IS Codes.
